I wish it can't be true but the world is full of toxic which is negative people. And they can be downright draining. They can be harmful to your state of mind. You can avoid negative people in your life by first identifying them and then by taking some active steps to create distance and space from them.
If you're sick of dealing with these type of persons, then here are some ways to gently side away, or even full-on remove them and all of their baggage from your life.

1. Make a limit or cut off your communication from Negative People :

Begin by limiting your contact to the negative people in your life. Although you do not want to get them out of your life completely, you should make a conscious effort to spend less time with them and minimize your contact with them. Entering some breathing room can let a person know that you are not available all the time and you need space.

Now if the person starts noticing that you aren't giving him or her much time and energy as you used to do it before. But you need to explain him/her by sending SMS or on CALL , that you need some space to more time to focus on your needs and wants.

Ex : You may have a guy in your friend circle who always complaining about his job. So you may tell him " I think you might consider looking for a new job". You look so dull and don't seem happy there and you are so negative about it. I think you need to make a change to be positive.
